How we use your details
We use your name, contact details and message to respond to your enquiry. Messages are delivered privately to our team. Please do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.
Message delivery and storage
Cloudflare and Resend process messages to deliver your email, including processing outside New Zealand. An encrypted recovery copy is kept for up to 24 hours after the email provider accepts it, or up to seven days while a delivery issue is investigated. Encrypted backups can retain a copy for up to seven additional days. The email provider and our inbox retain their own copies. After recovery copies expire, we may ask you to resend the details.
